We know this is bad. We think this is bitter and we want to apologize, say sorry to everyone without a ticket.
However, do NOT come before Sunday if you have no ticket!
Coming without ticket is stress for you, for us and may even question the future of FUSION (because the people living around here don't like wild camping...).
Please come on Sunday and buy a Sunday-ticket.
1-day Sunday ticket
Yippie! There are one-day tickets for Sunday now!
We know that many people have to be back at work on Monday. That's why we offer you a Sunday-ticket.
The one-day ticket will we available at the doors from Sunday, 10.00am.
Deposited tickets
If you paid for your ticket(s) and you are still waiting for the postman to deliver them, here is what to do:
The last time we actually sent out your tickets was on June 10. If you are still waiting - they're not going to come anymore.
If this is the case, please write down your booking reference number ('Buchungsnummer') we sent in the confirmation e-mail. Also, bring a record of your bank account (or whatever method of payment you used) that shows you paid for your tickets.
If you arrive without your (paid!) tickets, we will guide you to a seperate parking space. Then, you will go to our 'Botschaft' (ambassy) where you will get your tickets.
Note: You MUST have your booking number AND proof of payment (bank account record or similar).
If you won tickets in the lottery, also go to the 'Botschaft' and pay for your tickets in cash.
How to cancel tickets
If you can not come, we offer you a full refund. Simply print out our refund form (email us!) and mail it to our postal address. We will refund the ticket price + the stamps you need.
